The 48th Annual Theodore D. Mann Newton Mayor’s Community Breakfast: “Spring Forward – With Hope”  will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 7:30a.m. at The University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Mount Ida Campus, in the Shaw Hall Courtyard.

We are delighted to be in person again. With COVID-19 in mind, we decided to have this event outdoors under a spacious tent.  You are welcome to bring your face mask for the safety of yourself and others.  (As a reminder, if you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.)

Program highlights will include remarks from Mayor Ruthanne Fuller and  keynote speaker Douglass Williams, Chef/Owner MIDA Newton, MIDA South end, APIZZA Boston. Reflections will be led by Reverend Ken Baily and other members of the Newton Interfaith Clergy Association (NICA).  Enjoy artistic performances by the All City Troubadours, Singer Olga Lisovskaya, Vinny “Tata’niki” Iraheta Taino Iukaieke Guainia, with other performance announcements pending.
